In 2020, the W̱SÁNEĆ Leadership Council and Sangan Resources together launched K’ENES Transportation, a southern Vancouver Island-based trucking company. In November of 2020 K’ENES Transportation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the CRD to contract the trucking of biosolids produced at its Residuals Treatment Facility (RTF).
